Shipping Policy

Prompt Response

All in stock products are ready for same day shipping. If you order a product that is not in stock we will contact you to let you know the approximate arrival time and you can decide then whether to wait or cancel the order.

Monday through Friday, all orders placed before 12:00 AM CST will typically be shipped the same bussiness day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next bussiness day.

Domestic Orders:

Once received, processed, and packed, orders within the United States are then shipped via the most economical means (USPS First Class, USPS Priority mail or UPS). Orders to Canada are typically shipped via USPS Priority mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

International Orders:

Orders going Outside of the US or Canada. USPS Surface Mail takes about 4-6 weeks once shipped. Airmail takes about 7 days once shipped.

Payment Policy

Andersdotters gladly accepts most major credit cards or your PayPal login via our secure PayPal payment structure

For well established customers with good credit we extend credit and include a bill with the shipment payable by check or money order

On rare occasion we can hold shipment until a check or money order has arrived and cleared the bank if occasion demands.

Wisconsin residents will be charged 5% sales tax.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been packed can be easily canceled by a phone call or e-mail. If you cancel by e-mail you will recieve a reply confirming your cancelation.

Once an order has been packed, it may not be cancelled. If we have special oredered a fabric for you, it may not be cancelled if our supplier has already sent it to us.

Refused packages

If you place an order, and we in good faith fillit, and then you refuse the package (return it to sender) it will be treated as an unauthorized return, and the following conditions will apply; Shipping will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all fabrics with the exception that cuts of less that one yard of fabric will not be refunded at all as such small cuts are difficult to re-sell.

Undeliverable Packages:

Occasionally a package is undeliverable due to an error in address, or if there is no mail receptacle for it to be delivered to. If we make a mistake in the address , we will ship it again at our expense. But if the problem is not our fault, such as no mail receptacle or if we were provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we must charge shipping to send the package a second time. Please be sure that your address is complete when placing your order especially if an apartment number is required.
