Our orders are double-checked before shipment, but if we've made a mistake or if the fabric is defective, please:

1.    Call us immediately (or with 10 days) to report the problem, please have your invoice copy handy when you call 1-715-257-1031

2.    Allow us to reimburse you for return shipping and give us a chance to correct the mistake or fully refund your order.
